Jess Pudd’in LLC is a Brooklyn-based, family-owned dessert business founded in 2017 by Jessica Edouard-McDonald. After launching her entrepreneurial journey with Jess Cakes LLC, Jessica noticed that customers were purchasing more of her banana pudding than her custom cakes. Recognizing the growing demand for her signature dessert, she made the strategic decision to amend the business name from Jess Cakes LLC to Jess Pudd’in LLC, aligning the business identity with the product that was capturing customers’ attention and laying the foundation for the brand it is today.

Specializing in premium banana pudding and an expanding selection of unique dessert flavors, Jess Pudd’in serves individual customers, local businesses, wholesale partners, and special events. Inspired by Jessica’s Bajan roots and entrepreneurial journey, the brand puts its own signature spin on beloved classics while introducing customers to an evolving menu of sweet and savory offerings.

More than a dessert business, Jess Pudd’in is building a community of passionate supporters known as Pudd’ineers. Through memorable food experiences, meaningful community connections, job creation, and strategic growth opportunities, the company is committed to expanding beyond Brooklyn and bringing the Jess Pudd’in experience to customers across the nation.
